All files in the PB.project are referencing the /src directory. Would
it need to reference /bin when running?

It must be seeing the PB.project file as the images are loading. I have
even tried a fully qualified package name, but still no bindings
appear.

Where about's is that? In the run dialog under the source tab is empty
and search for duplicates is unchecked. Is this the part?
