incremental builder is not copying WebServerResources (WSR) to the WSR directory of the build product

     I may have my environment set up wrong, but the WOLips incremental
    builder is not copying WSR to the build directory. However, if I use an
    ant build it works fine when it writes to the dist directory.
     
    I am using eclipse 3.1M7, JRE 1.4.2_08, WO 5.2.4, and WOLips 1.1.0.102
    RC 2.
     
    If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.
