Property List problems

Hi,
I have found a problem with the plist's that the xcode index and
PB.project tasks have when there is a resource that has a plus sign
in it. The problem is that it doesn't quote the string of the
resource name and this causes problems for xcode parsing the project.
It handles a resource name with a minus sign ok.

eg "b_+_c.png"
