html, etc in the build folder

    So the other thing I run into a lot is when i open a resource w/ the
    Open Resource dialog (cmd-shift-r) and navigate to an html file, i
    get matches from the correct location and the build folder. I'm
    wondering if the build folder should mark all its resources as
    derived? I don't know if that's an abuse of the derived flag, though.
