What I've been thinking of doing is to arrange the files in hexCode
in a Java friendly way (src/com/foo/bar/MyClass.java etc.) and then
overlay the xCode and WOLips projects. Use xCode to add new files
(Eclipse will pick them up automatically) and to work with the
WOBuilder and EOModeler tools. Then switch to Eclipse for Java
work. This is probably the way to go in the future if you won't
abandon Eclipse and want to use the new tools.
