Error by Update PB.project

    Hello,

    Sometimes when i try to update the PB.project in WOLips i get the following
    error

    Errors during build.
      Errors running builder "WOLips Incremental Builder" on project App.
      Problems encountered while deleting resources.
        Could not delete: /App/build.
          Could not delete: D:\App\build\SkillPortal.woa.
          Could not delete: D:\App\build.

    Even in Windows Explorer i cant delete it.

    I think its Java Runtime blocks the directory, cos i closed Eclipse and
    reopend, still have the same error.

    The question is, how can i avoid such problem?
