You need to create a xcode project (the xcodeindex task helps with
that), and open that in xcode.

I don't really understand what you mean? Who is moving what from
where to where? Are you using the "Refactor" menu?

We have ~5 apps and ~20 frameworks, all of them in non-default packages.
