    I tried disabling it via prefs and moving the plugin out of the plugins
    folder, but that changes nothing.

    Looks like the bahaviour is even a bit stranger than I described in my
    first message:

    The first debug run after eclipse startup will hang forever in most
    cases (no output in the console at all, app not launched).
    After stopping that run and starting another debug run, it takes about
    15-30 seconds to get "Transport error" and another few seconds until
    the actual app begins starting up... This is also for non-WO apps.

    Talking about the PBServer plugin: From looking at the cvs commit
    messages, it replaces your WOExceptionListener plugin. How should
    WOProjectBuilderAction.java look like for use with PBServer?
