    Hi!

       I don't have this kind of problems (with CVS or SVN) in files
    managed by xCode, EOModeler, etc. I do have that problem on Pages and
    Keynote (at least using the "save backup" option on). Apple is
    probably managing the cvs and .svn directories well enough to not
    cause problems. It's in fact strange you have that problem... I have
    never seen it in xCode-related files (this includes nibs and EOmodels).
