Upgraded to .75... where is my build Directory?

I upgraded my plugin from 2.0.13 to .75 and now I'm finding that the
build folder in my project is not being created when deleted and apps
will no longer launch.

What do I have to do to upgrade my projects to use the nightly build
plugin?

(I've already upgraded to 3.1.1 and installed all the plugins
mentioned on the wiki).
