    Problem:
    WOBuilder is unable to save a component when WOLips' wod validation is
    enabled. It raises the following error message "Unable to create backup file
    for <MyComponent.wo>: Error removing".

    Configuration:
    Eclipse 3.1.1 M20050831-1200 / Windows XP / WO 5.2.3

    Is the validation engine keeping the handles of all component directories
    open?
