    Moin,

on non Mac platforms the $NEXT_ROOT system variable is required. Is
the $NEXT_ROOT system variable defined. Sorry for that question: Is
    WebObjects installed?

After that mark the "Rebuild wobuild.properties on next launch"
checkbox in the eclipse preferences and restart Eclipse.
