Project builds again and again

    Hi all,

    I have an old WO project, Survey. I created a new Java project in the
    Survey folder then configured it to be a WO Application. Everything
    works fine and looks like my other WO applications except that this
    one project is building over and over again. Every 5 seconds, it
    rebuilds. Nothing is changing and I can't figure out what would be
    causing WOLips to think it needs to build again and again. Any ideas?
    I've had this problem in the past with some projects. I think I ended
    up deleting and creating a new project. Is that my only choice?
