There is a certain case (and I don't know exactly what causes it)
where I think when it is rewriting the .xcode and .xcodeproj files,
it gets confused and thinks the creation of those files warrants a
rebuild. You might try manually stopping the build in the progress
view and then delete the xcode and xcodeproj files (and maybe
PB.project) and manually do a clean build and see if that will do a
proper regeneration?
