    Yesterday YourKIt 5.1 was released (I had used 5.0.9). Now it works just
    as well as JProfiler.

    The YourKIt GUI is cleaner (and more space demanding). JProfiler feels
    cluttered.

    In terms of presenting/browsing profiler data, I think JProfiler is
    slightly better. Both will do the job.
