Thank you for answering Uli,

I checked the file wobuild.properties on both my mashines, and found nothing about the variable NEXT_ROOT.

I am not sure if you maybe mean the System variable in the System Variables.
If you mean that variable. on the both mashines, i can find the NEXT_ROOT varialbe correctly set as
NEXT_ROOT = c:/Apple
as well as WEBOBJECTS_JAVA_EXTENSIONS and WEBOBJECTS_JAVA_HOME are also set.
In the wobuild.properties i found nothing about NEXT_ROOT.

is the NEXT_ROOT variable set?

Take a look at the wobuild.properties in $USER_HOME/Library.

Both computers are windows using the same WO version 5.2.4 and I cant =
find the diffrence.

Anybody knows what is diffrent about the two (Devlopment) computers? The =
Server is the Same computer, which i use for test
