Could that be your problem? Eclipse isn't finding the jar files that
you moved into /Content/Extensions. You said that the app runs fine
stand alone so the application is finding everything but Eclipse is
not. Try including the frameworks in the classpath or maybe putting
the frameworks in an external directory (maybe /Library/WebObjects/
Extensions) and then adding them to the classpath.
