Wrong structure in build products

Hello,

I noticed that in the install builds, I have the follwing situation:

Resources are copied to
/AppWrapper.woa/Contents/Resources/Resources

and WebServerResources to
/AppWrapper.woa/Contents/WebServerResources/WebServerResources

which results in the application not finding rule files, images etc.
Is this intentional?
What can I do to stop it from doing that?
