Check in build/bla/Resources/ if the Properties file is there in the
first place.
If the file is not present, then you need to change woproject/
resources.include.patternset from
Properties
...
to
**/Properties
...
And you can always add them to ~/WebObjects.properties, which is
where I put logging stuff.
