Update PB.project / Clean not properly adding Referenced projects

When I do an update project on a WOApplication it properly adds my
referenced projects to the Frameworks section of PB.project. On the other
hand when I do the same in the context of a WOFrameWork it no longer adds
the referenced projects as frameworks. Using Windows XP, Eclipse 3.2 RC7,
and WOLips 2.0.0.142. Seems to have changed in the last week or so just
noticed it.
