WOAutoOpenInBrowser not working?

    Good evening folks.

    When using WOLips, the WOAutoOpenInBrowser property has always
    refused to do my bidding on all of my dev machines. I see the
    property set to false in the application log when I run the app, but
    a new window is still opened

    Anyone else having the same problem? Got any potential solutions?
