the preferences panel is really just to pickup defaults ... You can
create multiple .eogen files inside of your project. So you could (I
think) create a server eogen and a client eogen and it will autobuild
both of them when the corresponding models change. The .eogen files
are really all that matter (New => WOLips => EOGenerator File).
