    What are you missing? It sounds like you are not getting all the
    pieces from Callisto.

    Pieces of Eclipse must be missing. If Issue #1 is not resolved, then
    WOLips can't start and you get, well, pretty much nothing useful out
    of Eclipse. It might be the build you are trying to install. None
    of this is fully cooked, release quality code so sometimes things
    just get hosed. My approach is to find a build that is stable for me
    and then stay there for a while.

    You need to go back the early steps and try again / figure out what
    failed / delete it all and try again / wait until tomorrow. Sorry,
    bleeding edge beta software can be painful at times.
