WOLips latest version and stable update site

    Looks like "stable" folder on update site has a version of WOLips that is
    newer than the one in the "update" folder (and the one in "update" folder
    seems to have a bug preventing creation of new components -
    http://objectstyle.org/jira/browse/WOL-263).

    Is this supposed to be so? Which folder should be better used in Eclipse
    Updates Manager?
