I am using XCode 2.4 and WOB 5.3.1 (680). I just tried again. Maybe
XCode (or more likely, Eclipse) is doing something with the
existing .xcodeproj file? Try deleting it and opening the .xcode file
then saving a new .xcodeproj and also turn off .xcodeproj generation
in Eclipse.
