    Can it quote attribute values and lowercase tag names? If yes how do I configure it to do that. I tried the Tidy plug-in but it removes some end tags that WO requires.

    Eg:
    From: <WEBOBJET name=MyObject></WEBOBJET>
    To: <webobject name="MyObject"></webobject>
