    It is a good entry level tool, and that's what none of the other web
    application frameworks have.

    Had WOBuilder been even better than it is today, some (more) of the
    seasoned WO users would use it.

    Once IDE:s like eclipse became good enough people actually did stop
    using emacs.

    There are many alternatives. Some of them seem ok to me.

    Who is WO/WOLips for? Is it (only) for a limited and decreasing group of
    seasoned users, or is it a platform that attracts new users?
