    For the adventurous, WOIncrementalBuilder.createInfoPlist() in
    org.objectstyle.wolips.builder.internal = Incremental plist
    generation, ProjectFormat.infoFilter(Iterator) and
    FrameworkFormat.infoFilter(Iterator) in woproject = ant Info.plist
    builder.
