This performs essentially the same bit of code inside of EOGenerator
that runs as part of our SQL Generation to trick EOF into using the
specific prototypes that we intend. Props to Anjo for the original
version ... It's convenient that EOF Obj-C code is basically
identical to EOF Java code.
