WoApp.cmd questions

    After migrating an application from WebObjects into Eclipse it appears that
    the process under which the application runs has changed from {appname}.cmd
    to cmd.exe. After opening both versions of the cmd file in a text editor for
    comparison it appears that WebObjects was producing a compiled *.cmd file
    while Woclipse is producing a batch style cmd. Does anyone know of a way to
    make Woclipse create a cmd file like WebObjects would? Any help would be
    greatly appreciated.
