Removing irrelevant obsolete packages from WOProject

    Doing some cleanup...

    There are "log4j" and "util" packages in WOProject that date back to
    2001 when we thought WOProject would evolve into a general purpose WO
    utility. I don't see any point in keeping those things around.

    If anybody objects to removal of those packages, please let me know.
