    Hi Emmanuel,

    JApplication task is not specifically targeting WebObjects (it works
    with any Java project), so it has no notion of WebObjects
    environment. Nested "lib" tags work just like regular FileSets of say
    "copy" or "war" tasks. So "Roots" has no meaning as far as
    JApplication is concerned. You'll have to match the actual jar
    locations.
