    Sounds like the build is not working. WebObjects is able to find the
    component in the rapid turnaround mode but the class does not exist
    or is not up to date.

    - Is the build enabled/working?
    - Duplicates on the classpath? I.E two classes with the same name in
    different projects. You could verify that with Apple+Shift+T.
    - Is the working dir in the launch config correct?
