It is not the model. I rather doubt it is the JDBC driver if you
have it in /Library/Java/Extensions
It sounds like your Eclipse project is missing a framework. Check
that FrontBasePlugin.framework and JavaJDBCAdaptor.framework are both
included in the build path.
