    For posterity's sake, that should read ant.classpaths.wo.wolocalroot
    not ant.frameworks.wo.wolocalroot. To be comprehensive:

                        <classpath>
                        <fileset dir="${wo.wosystemroot}">
                            <includesfile name="woproject/
    ant.classpaths.wo.wosystemroot"/>
                        </fileset>
                        <fileset dir="${wo.wolocalroot}">
                            <includesfile name="woproject/
    ant.classpaths.wo.wolocalroot"/>
                        </fileset>
                        <fileset dir="${user.home}">
                            <includesfile name="woproject/
    ant.classpaths.user.home"/>
                        </fileset>
                    </classpath>
