    I've tried with the patternsets false and no resources specification.
    I still have a jar with following structure :

    Resources/
    Resources/Main.wo/
    Resources/Resources/
    Resources/Resources/Main.wo/
    Resources/Info.plist
    Resources/Main.api
    Resources/Main.wo/Main.html
    Resources/Main.wo/Main.wod
    Resources/Main.wo/Main.woo
    Resources/Resources/Info.plist
    Resources/Resources/Main.api
    Resources/Resources/Main.wo/Main.html
    Resources/Resources/Main.wo/Main.wod
    Resources/Resources/Main.wo/Main.woo
    org/
    org/josef/
    org/josef/test/
    org/josef/test/App.class

    Now, as you see, I obtain a Resources/Resources subtree....
