WOLips woproject patternset contents

    Do the patternset files in the woproject folder for a WOApplication
    get populated by default? Is there a way to reset their contents to
    their default?

    The reason I ask is that the contents of the
    resources.include.patternset and resources.exclude.patternset have
    some of the same entries. That doesn't sound right, does it?
