    The woproject.jar contains two template files for 'appstart'. The one under woapp\Contents\MacOS is correct with only a linefeed. The one under woapp_52\Contents\MacOS contains both a carraige return and a line feed. As of the most current nightly build 3721 it is using the woapp_52 one when I creating the install directory structure using the ant tasks. When I try to start my application on my linux box with Monitor the new line feeds cause it to fail. The different line endings is the only difference between a working install and one that won't start
