A copy of Database Config is created in some cases

1. Choose EOJDBCFrontBasePrototypes for "Default" Database Config
2. Save and close eomodel.
3. Open emodel. A copy of "Default" with name "Default1" is created and is made active config with "EOJDBCMysqlPrototypes" selected (probably, this one was selected in Default before switching to EOJDBCFrontBasePrototypes)

ps. There was no such problem in early December build.
