I have it working now. But it's weird. In my workspace, I initially used
the CVS perspective to open the project. Later on in the process I
switched to command line CVS to remove stuff and re-check it out. That
let to the error below.
I now created a brand new workspace, checked my project out via command
line and imported it successfully into the workspace. I still saw the
'missing source folder' error, but it continued the build and
successfully build the project. WOOOHOOO !!!
