Someone posted the eclipse bug report or feature request regarding this
issue after eclipse 3.3 release. I believe the WTP HTML editor does not
support the features necessary to add the webobject custom tag.

That broke for me too a while ago. I am not sure what is going on.

That is to be expected. The correct syntax is <webobject
name="Foo"></webobject>
Note that it is "webobject" with no "s" at the end and the opening tag
requires a name attribute.
