    Hello Kieran;

    If you right-click on the project header and go "Run As" >> "Run..."
    you will find a dialogue box. Under "WO Application" I can see my
    WOA's and then if I click on one, I will get a tabbed interface where
    there is a tab called "Arguments". Here you can edit the command
    line arguments. Not quite as conveniently as X-Code affords, but it
    does work.
