I just committed:
* renaming propagates to flattened relationships and attributes
* missing attributes and relationships are added to subclasses
Please try out both of these and let me know if/what explodes. The
flattening thing is the one I'm particularly interested to get
feedback on. This should be considered a beta feature, but it seems
to be working on the test cases I tried. Make a backup (or make sure
your model is under version control) and try opening some of your
models that use flattening and resave them to see if everything is
preserved correctly. I don't personally use flattening at all, so I
don't have any test cases except the ones I contrived.
