    This used to work.. so something must have changed in recent builds.

    Building the app the frameworks used to be bundled like:
    myApp.woa/Contents/
    Frameworks/Library/Frameworks/Library/SomeFramework.framework

    Now they're like:
    myApp.woa/Contents/
    Library/Frameworks/Library/SomeFramework.framework

    But the UNIXClassPath.txt still refers to the old location. The other classpath files are similarly wrong.
