    OK, found the problem. I compared a build.xml from a newly created
    project to the one in the framework project which was created a few
    weeks ago and the problem was this section:
                            <lib dir=".">
                                    <include name="Libraries/*.jar"/>
                                    <exclude name="**/*.woa/**"/>
                            </lib>

    .... which should have been like this as it is in projects created
    with latest version of WOLips
                            <lib dir="Libraries">
                                    <include name="*.jar"/>
                                    <exclude name="**/*.woa/**"/>
                            </lib>

    So I changed this, mucked around with the build path and WOFrameworks
    settings to get it to "see" the changes and the app's
    MacOSClassPath.txt is now being generated correctly.

    Thanks again, Kieran
