Importing project (or perhaps it happens during the build phase) the model is being touched with EOInnerJoins semantics being removed.

e.g.,
{
           definition = someToMany.relation;
           joinSemantic = EOInnerJoin;
           name = relation;
},

the join semantic will be removed.
