Hi Steve:
Thank you for the tip. When I set the NEXT_ROOT environment variable
in Windows, I expected to see something appear in the WOLips WO
Frameworks folder in the Package Explorer tab, but I don't see any
files. I set my NEXT_ROOT variable to point to C:\. The path of
Library is C:\Library. My WO jars are located at C:\Library
\WebObjects\lib.
