WOComponent editor shows two Component tabs when working on a project

When working on a project checked out from subversion I get two component tabs sometimes. So at the bottom of the WO Component editor screen I get [Component] [Component] [Preview] [API] instead of [Component] [Preview] [API]. I suspect one of them is looking at the copy of the code in the bin/Resources directory. I am not sure why sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn't. Restarting eclipse doesn't fix the problem. Deleting the bin directory fixes the problem. I noticed that sometimes when I am in the generated xcode project editing the wo components using webobjects builder, it opens the bin/Resources version instead of the working copy.
