I've had similar problems with various recent versions of WOLips.

When/if renaming fails I restart eclipse and the next (first) attempt
works. After a while I stops working again....

I regularly end up with locked files. With locked files renaming fails.
That failure breaks WOLips. I have to restart eclipse.
