Improvement for "Add new Entity index" - allow highlighted attribute(s) to populate 'name' and 'attributes' fields of new index.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                     Key: WOL-425
                     URL: http://issues.objectstyle.org/jira/browse/WOL-425
                 Project: WOProject/WOLips
              Issue Type: Improvement
              Components: wolips
Affects Versions: 2.0.0.* (unreleased please specify)
             Environment: WOLips 2.0.0.3988
                Reporter: Lachlan Deck
                Priority: Minor

It'd be a great improvement if the highlighted attributes in the outline view could auto-populate the name and attribute fields when clicking 'Add new Entity Index' along with other sensible defaults.

e.g., if you had attributes 'a' and 'b' highlighted then the definition might be:
    - index name could be a_b_idx
    - attributes: a, b
    - constraint: none
    - type: hashed
    - order: ascending

(This is with a mysql jdbc adaptor, so I don't know how these look for other db types).
